Scarlett's been doing pretty well these last couple of days. Since adding cereal to her formula, she's been spitting up WAY less, which is awesome, and her eating has spaced out, which is nice as well. Before, she was needing to eat every 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but now eats pretty much every three hours like clockwork. At first, she had a hard time with the cereal, so we had to cut the amount in half (from 1 tsp per oz to 1/2 a tsp per oz). We've slowly been adding cereal each day--eventually the doctor wants her to be getting 1 Tbsp per oz, but we still have a ways to go before we reach that point. Currently she's at 3 tsp of cereal per 4 oz bottle (we've been adding a 1/2 tsp to her bottles each day). She still seems to be having issues with her tummy, though. She's been crying, arching her back and kicking out her legs after feedings. Poor girl. We have a check up appointment in about 2 1/2 weeks, but if the crying/arching/kicking keeps up, we'll be in sooner than that.
